How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
1x1 rent starts at $2,499, 2x2 rent starts at $2,999. This is rent only.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Car Wash Area, 6 Tesla Charging Stations
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
We are pet friendly. $50 pet rent per pet (up to 2 pets), $500 pet deposit per pet.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
Right now, we only do 12-month leases.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
You can schedule a tour at Allureatcamarillo.com. There is a bot in the bottom right corner to book a tour.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Go to Allureatcamarillo.com. There is an apply now link at the top of the main page.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Residents can park on property ($25 a year registration fee). Guest parking is on the street as of now.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities included. Water/Sewer/Trash are paid to us in RUBS. Gas, Electric, Cable are paid directly to the provider.
Is the community gated or secured?
We are a gated community.
What schools serve the community?
Las Posas Elementary- 1 mile from property, Monte Vista Middle School- 1.1 miles from property, Ventura County Community College- .5 miles from Property
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Bus, Trolly. We are right off the 101 freeway.

We are on a cul-de-sac so there is no drive-by traffic. The biggest thing that makes us different is the staff.
